Our objective is to create a regional water infrastructure services platform capable of generating accelerating growth, predictable recurring cash flow, strong EBITDA margins, and premium valuation multiples within a five-year investment horizon.
Aging Infrastructure
Most U.S. water and wastewater systems are operating well beyond their original design life, with an estimated $7.7 trillion in capital investment required over the next 20 years. Aging pipes and chronic leakage drive daily losses of approximately 15–30% of treated potable water, materially eroding system efficiency. At the same time, the sector has lagged in adopting digital tools, automation, and data-driven performance management, creating structural cost inefficiencies and undermining service reliability.
